Rohit Sharma Becomes First Player to Score 5 Tons At single Edition Of World Cup

Rohit Sharma is now the only player to score five centuries in a single edition of world cup. He has been a phenomenal player for India in the recent times. The elegance is reflected by the numbers he has put against his name in the recent years. He is just to cool to be competed at this level. Certainly Rohit Sharma is at different level of all the players he is playing with.

Earlier he he tallied the the four centuries record of Kumar Sangakkara who scored four consecutive centuries in the previous edition of the world cup. In the match against Bangladesh Rohit Sharma scored his fourth century to tally Sangakkar for four hundreds in a single edition of a World Cup. He is now the only player to score five tons in a single edition of world cup.

There is no stopping Rohit Sharma as he became the first batsman to score five centuries in a single World Cup. The competition continues as India has to play one more game at least and if the qualify for the finals the masterclass would have two more opportunities to score big again.

We don’t don’t where this masterclass would stop but given the form of Indian team they are clear favorites for the final. This would mean Rohit Sharma would have two more chances to add to his superb record. This could be one dream tournament for the cricketing maestro and we really look forward to it.

Earlier the great Sachin Tendulkar had the privilege to score six centuries in six different editions of world cups. Who knows Rohit can be the first Indian and the only player to score six centuries in one single edition of the world cup.

Knowing the game inside out with experience of playing cricket at pro level and following the sports as second religion, I speak out loud about the sports and canvas my words on to my blogs. I predict the matches, analyze the teams and judge the conditions based on my cricketing experience. Writing is my skill and cricket is my passion so I join both in shape of my words that you read in my blogs.
